Chapman Stick - excellent original black polycarbonate with new pickup and LapDawg, offers over £995 in Dorking, Surrey for sale

Excellent original 10 string black polycarbonate Chapman Stick for sale. Serial 2472, with the addition of a Lap Dawg folding thigh support bar. I recently replaced the whole Stickup pickup unit, as the original (included) was a little noisy. New strings recently and various spare strings, shoulder strap, original strong vinyl covered ply box in good condition (now with foam liner rather than the original padding). Plays well, sounds great, looks great. Not totally unmarked, but very close to it - a few tiny scratches, but no dings worth mentioning, and the base of the instrument (a vulnerable point on some Sticks) is perfect. If you're looking to buy a Chapman Stick you're very welcome to come and try this one with no obligation. On the other hand (sorry to say this), but if you're just curious about this unusual and interesting instrument , we both probably have better things to do.
